How to find us

The WKO is located on the corner of Wiedner Hauptstraße and Schönburggasse. The entrance is on Schönburggasse – opposite number 2.

Arrival by public transport

  • Coming from the Opera: tram lines 1, 62 or Badner Bahn, get off at Johann-Strauß-Gasse station – the WKO is on the left in the direction of travel, approx. 30 m uphill in Schönburggasse.
  • Direction Opera: Tram lines 1, 62 or Badner Bahn, get off at Johann-Strauß-Gasse station – the WKÖis approx. 60 m further on the right in the direction of travel.
  • From the main railway station: Bus line 13a, stop Johann-Strauß-Gasse, the WKÖis approx. 40 m back in the direction of travel.
  • Direction main railway station: Bus line 13a, Johann-Strauß-Gasse stop, to the WKÖfirst walk approx. 80 m along Wiedner Hauptstraße towards the city centre, then turn right at the next corner into Schönburggasse, 40 m up the street.
  • Underground (both directions): Line U1, station Taubstummengasse, exit Mayerhofgasse, walk along this street for about 300 m until you reach Wiedner Hauptstraße and then walk out of town for about 300 m until you reach the intersection with Schönburggasse.

Arrival by car

Access via Schönburggasse, limited number of parking spaces in the Kammergarage. Parking spaces outside fall under the short-stay parking zone regulation.

Please leave your car at the hotel car park.
